Dr Martin Jörß joined the team at HIC Consulting GmbH in 2025 as a co-partner and senior advisor. In this role, the long-standing management consultant advises senior management on strategic issues and supports selected client projects, particularly in the field of energy infrastructure.
The doctor of physics worked for more than 25 years in international management consulting at McKinsey & Co. – many of them in China and the USA. Most recently, he was a senior partner there, focusing on transport and energy infrastructure, logistics and sustainability. Since 2023, Dr Martin Jörß has been active as a successful entrepreneur, including in the food industry
