Our network

Professionally networked – independently: We are part of a high-quality network of companies, associations, organisations and other partners. Together, we share knowledge, broaden perspectives and classify current developments.

Cooperation

We work on a project basis with selected partners who complement our professional expertise in a meaningful way. The cooperation is interdisciplinary and ranges from scientific institutions to specialised offices and other consulting partners.

Memberships

HIC CONSULTING is a member of selected associations and initiatives. These memberships enable us to engage in continuous exchange on technical, regulatory and political developments and ensure our involvement in relevant industry discussions.

Networks

We consider regular dialogue with experts from politics, science, business and practice at national and international level to be an important part of our work.

Bundesverband Wärmepumpe e.V. (BWP)

We are a member of the Bundesverband Wärmepumpe e.V. (BWP) – German Heat Pump Association -, the industry representative for heat pumps as a key technology for the energy transition in Germany and Europe.

PlanEnergi

We have a long-standing partnership with the Danish engineering firm PlanEnergi. As cooperation partners, we contribute highly specialised knowledge to projects, particularly in the field of district heating – for example, in the areas of heat planning, heating networks, large heat pumps and storage.

BWS GmbH

The engineering company Ingenieurbüro BWS, based in Hamburg and focusing on soil and water, is a valued project partner in the areas of groundwater and surface water, soil protection and geotechnics.

Bundesverband Neue Energiewirtschaft (bne)

We are a member of the Bundesverband Neue Energiewirtschaft (bne) – Federal Association for New Energy -, which has been campaigning for a decentralised, digital and strictly renewable energy supply since 2002.

Erneuerbare Energien Hamburg (EEHH)

We are a member of the Cluster Erneuerbare Energien Hamburg (EEHH) – Renewable Energies Hamburg cluster -, the industry network for future energies founded in 2010.

Netzwerk Innovative und grüne Fernwärme Norddeutschland (IGFN)

The Netzwerk innovative und grüne Fernwärme Norddeutschland (IGFN) – Network for Innovative and Green District Heating in Northern Germany -, which we initiated in 2022, regularly brings together players from the energy industry to discuss current industry-relevant topics. The aim is to facilitate a practical exchange on technological, regulatory and strategic issues relating to heat transformation.
