Jana Kapfer is Senior Manager and Head of Climate Strategies at HIC CONSULTING. As an experienced consultant and project manager in the field of climate neutrality, she has been developing climate protection strategies for companies, municipalities and administrations since 2021. Her focus is on greenhouse gas accounting according to the GHG Protocol, ISO standards and BISKO, as well as climate risk and materiality analyses. In addition, she supports organisations in defining climate targets according to SBTi and in CDP reporting.
In the municipal context, Jana Kapfer works on strategies for mitigating and adapting to climate risks and supports our clients in developing sound action plans for a climate-neutral future. With a master’s degree in International Business and Sustainability, she combines economic understanding with a clear focus on sustainable transformation.
