Timo Hoelzmann is a senior consultant for energy policy, legislation, regulation, and funding instruments and verification systems for renewable energies. He has in-depth knowledge of national and European framework conditions in the energy and climate protection sector and applies this knowledge to the projects of our customers and clients. With his background in politics, administration and organisation, as well as a master’s degree in European Studies, he combines analytical understanding with a keen sense of political processes. In this way, he supports ministries, authorities and companies in understanding and effectively implementing complex regulatory requirements.
